Rubber grass tiles, Is it Safe?

These grass tiles are an environmentally friendly floor covering, because of them being a recycled and rebuilt product made from non-toxic and low VOC polyurethane bonding raw materials.

No bad smells unlike cheaper alternatives. We only use Binder (adhesive) direct from Germany in our production to prevent this. Cheap binder equals strong rubber smell.

15mm recycled SBR rubber base for support and drainage

35mm high-density artificial turf for a luxurious, natural grass appearance

For best results on soil or grass, prepare a compacted sub-base (e.g., MOT Type 1 and sharp sand). On hard surfaces like concrete or decking, tiles can be laid directly.

8. How do I clean and maintain the tiles?

Brush or sweep regularly to remove debris

Hose down occasionally; use a mild soap solution if needed

Avoid pressure washers or harsh chemicals to preserve turf texture

9. Will the artificial grass get hot in summer?

The turf may warm up slightly in full sun, but the rubber base helps regulate heat, making it safe and comfortable for barefoot use in most conditions.

10. Can I place furniture on the tiles?
