Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Once you have completed your selection, click on 'Checkout'. You will then be asked to provide a few details necessary to complete your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, post, or over the internet.

When you receive an order confirmation, this indicates that we have received your order, but it does not signify a contract between us. A contract will only exist once we have sent you an invoice. This clause protects us in cases of pricing errors, inadvertent under-pricing, or an inability to supply a product. In such cases, we will always contact you to confirm that the new price is acceptable before proceeding with the order.


Shipping and Handling
Postage is FREE for most mainland postcodes on purchases over £99.99. However, some areas incur a surcharge from our carriers. For all BT postcodes and offshore islands, including the Isle of Wight, please call for a quote.


Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order promptly. In most cases, we will send your order within two business days.

Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be notified by email with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.


Tax Charges
Orders from the UK or the European Union are subject to 20% VAT.

When placing an order on our website, credit card details are encrypted using 128-bit encryption and only decrypted once they reach our system. They are never stored in plain text on any website.

We guarantee your satisfaction.

All products are covered by a back-to-base guarantee, meaning you will need to pay for and send any items back to us for repair or replacement within the guarantee period. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all items come with a one-year warranty.

Cannons UK does not accept any responsibility or liability for accidents and/or injuries resulting from the use of any purchased items.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind, you may cancel or return your purchase at any time up to 30 days after receiving the products (the "Cooling-Off Period"). You must return the item in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition, within this period to receive a full refund.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will offer to repair, replace, or refund the item, provided that you notify us in writing at support@cannonsuk.com within three working days of delivery.

To cancel an order, email support@cannonsuk.com, and we will provide return instructions. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it at no charge. If you have already received it, you must return the item at your own risk and cost unless it is faulty or incorrect. You must take reasonable care of the products while in your possession; failure to do so may result in a reduced or refused refund.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected, usually within 30 days of receipt.
