4. What is the maximum user weight for the gymnastics bar?
The bar has a maximum static user weight of 120 kg. However, the maximum recommended dynamic load is 35 kg.

Static weight refers to weight applied while stationary. Dynamic movements such as swinging, bouncing or kipping create significantly greater forces on the equipment. For this reason, the 100 kg static rating should not be interpreted as meaning the bar is suitable for a 100 kg person performing gymnastics movements.

For gymnastics use, we recommend the bar for entry-level gymnasts under 8 years old and weighing no more than 32 kg.

5. Is the gymnastics bar easy to assemble and disassemble?
Yes. The bar has been designed for straightforward assembly and disassembly, making it easy to set up and more convenient to store when not in use.

6. Can the gymnastics bar be used indoors and outdoors?
The bar is primarily designed for indoor use. It may be used outdoors temporarily in suitable, dry weather conditions, but it should not be left or stored outdoors. We recommend keeping the bar indoors and protected from rain and moisture when not in use.

Always check the equipment before use. Ensure that all screws, bolts and fixings are correctly fitted and securely tightened, and make sure the horizontal bar is properly locked into position.

The bar should be positioned on a flat, stable surface, and young gymnasts should always be supervised by a responsible adult while using the equipment. We also recommend using a suitable gymnastics safety mat underneath and around the bar.

8. Is a gymnastics mat included with the bar?
No. A gymnastics mat is not included as standard and should be purchased separately. For additional safety and comfort, we strongly recommend using a suitable gymnastics mat whenever the bar is being used.
