Add a compact training surface to your gymnastics setup with the Cannons UK Air Track Pro Air Block. Its inflatable construction provides adjustable firmness and rebound for suitable gymnastics drills, while its 1m × 60cm × 20cm size makes it convenient to pack away between sessions.

Adjust the feel to suit your training
Changing the air pressure changes the firmness and rebound of the Air Block. Follow the supplied inflation instructions and check the pressure before each session.
Use it for suitable individual drills, including take-off and rebound exercises within a coached setup. Choose exercises appropriate to its compact surface, with enough clear space and suitable surrounding matting.
A compact block with 20cm depth
The Air Block has the same 1m × 60cm footprint as the Air Board, with a 20cm thickness compared with the Air Board’s 10cm. Ask your instructor which height and firmness suit the exercises you want to practise.
Expand your training setup
Velcro strips on the top of both ends allow you to connect the Air Block to compatible Air Track Pro equipment using a suitable Velcro connector.
Check compatibility before ordering and ask your instructor to confirm the arrangement for your intended exercises.

Deflate, pack and store
After training, the Air Block can be deflated and packed into its included carry bag for storage or transport.
It can also be used outdoors on a clean, flat, smooth surface with a protective groundsheet underneath. Keep it away from sharp objects and allow it to dry completely before packing away.

What is the Air Block used for?
The Air Block is a compact inflatable training surface for suitable gymnastics drills, including take-off and rebound exercises within a coached setup. Choose exercises appropriate to its 1m × 60cm surface and the gymnast’s ability.
What size is it?
It measures 1m long × 60cm wide × 10cm thick when inflated.
How is it different from the Air Board?
The Air Block is 20cm thick, while the Air Board is 10cm thick. Both have a 1m × 60cm footprint. Choose the height and firmness appropriate to your exercises with your instructor’s guidance. The compact footprint does not provide the space needed for a tumbling sequence.
Can I adjust the firmness?
Yes. Adjusting the air pressure changes the firmness and rebound. Follow the supplied inflation instructions and check the pressure before each session.

Choose Pink, Blue or Rainbow.
Can I connect it to other Air Track Pro equipment?

It can form part of a supervised training setup with exercises selected for the gymnast’s ability. Use appropriate surrounding matting and follow your instructor’s guidance on supervision and spotting.
How do I store it?
Clean and dry it, then deflate following the supplied instructions and pack into the carry bag. Store away from direct sunlight and heat.
What warranty is included?
The Air Block comes with a two-year manufacturing-defect warranty. Contact Cannons UK if you need advice or support.
Cleaning
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid solvents, abrasive cleaners and stiff brushes. Allow the Air Block to dry completely before packing away.
Before each session
Check the surface, seams and valve for damage and check the air pressure. Follow the supplied inflation instructions and avoid overinflation. Temperature changes can affect pressure, so recheck the firmness when moving between spaces.
Protecting your Air Block
Use on a clean, flat, smooth surface, away from sharp objects. Outdoors, place a protective groundsheet underneath. Lift rather than drag the board and keep connecting strips clean and free from debris.
Storage
Deflate following the supplied instructions and pack the clean, dry board into its carry bag. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
Repairs
A repair kit is included for suitable minor repairs. Follow the repair instructions and allow the required curing time before reinflating. Stop using the board if it is damaged or loses pressure, and contact Cannons UK for advice.
